All products sold in our store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In case of a defect in the equipment covered by the warranty, please contact our store. This is a very quick claim process that allows you to get your equipment back in working order as soon as possible.

Note: please keep the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the original warranty card until the warranty period expires, as they are the basis for making a claim. 

Complaints
Before accepting a parcel, always check whether it has been damaged during transport. If the package has visible external damage, we recommend that you refuse to accept the parcel and then contact us by phone: +380985984110.

After payment of the collected amount and receipt of delivery, it is possible to open the package in the presence of the courier - in case of discrepancies, a protocol of discrepancies is drawn up, which is the basis for a further claim.

If the purchased goods turn out to have manufacturing defects or do not correspond to the description, please follow the complaint procedure below:

Send us the product you wish to complain about, enclosing a written statement according to the sample, in which you describe in detail the reasons for the complaint about the product, the form of compensation, as well as the return address and account number to which the refund will be made (depending on the decision made by the store). Shipping is at your expense. In case of payment by credit card, the refund will be made to the card.
Within 14 days after receiving the parcel, we will inform you by email or phone about the results of the complaint procedure.
If the complaint is accepted, within 7 working days from the date of the decision, we will compensate you for the costs you have incurred by: repairing the advertised product, sending a new copy of the product or refunding your money.
If the complaint is unfounded, we will provide you with a detailed explanation of our decision and send you the product at your expense within 14 business days.

Returning products.
In accordance with the applicable rules, you have the right to return the ordered goods without giving any reason within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery, as part of the cancellation of the contract, in accordance with the general rules arising from the rules for concluding distance contracts. This applies only to consumer sales, so it only applies to sales to a natural person who makes a purchase for a purpose other than professional or business activities. 

The returned goods must not show any signs of use - each item must be complete and in its original packaging, the goods must be delivered in their original packaging unchanged. If this condition is not met, the goods will not be accepted.

If you want to return the product:

Send back the purchased product in undamaged condition and in the original packaging with all contents. Shipping is at your expense. The return address will be sent to you when you fill out a return request from the manager. 
Attach a written application to the parcel using the sample form, indicating your desire to return the goods, as well as the account number to which the money will be transferred.
Within 3 working days after receiving your parcel, we will check the condition of the returned goods (whether they have no signs of use, whether they have been damaged or destroyed, whether they are in the original packaging with all the contents).
If there are no objections, we will send you an email confirming that the item has been successfully returned. A refund will be made to the account number provided within 7 days. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to your card.
If the return of the goods is refused (due to damage to the goods or signs of use), we will inform you by email that the return of the goods has not been accepted. We will send the product back to the return address provided within 7 working days, postage prepaid.
